Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, my journey in hospitality began in the Culinary Program at Scottsdale Community College. After gaining experience in Scottsdale’s resort kitchens, I moved to New Orleans, where my passion for pastry truly came to life.

Over the years, working in hotels across the country taught me that the most memorable part of any celebration isn’t just the dessert—it’s the moment it creates. A wedding cake shared by family, a cookie that reminds someone of childhood, or an ornament that becomes part of a family’s holiday tradition.

Those experiences inspired Sweet Remedies Gateaux.

Today, I combine pastry, artistry, and hospitality to create desserts and edible keepsakes designed to become part of life’s favorite memories. Whether it’s an elegant celebration, a seasonal market, or a custom piece of edible art, my goal is simple: to create something that people remember long after the last bite.
